EXPLORING OUR COMMUNITY
We are still exploring Place-Based Education and the children and teachers have been focusing on familiarising ourselves with our community. The children are really interested in bugs, planting and engaging with nature and we have been fostering this interest with resources, books, walks and ICT.Below is our Enviroschools Flag that we raised during our Bronze reflection process! It represents the principles of Te whariki, Enviroschools and Polyhigh’s philosophy.
